Mae Helps helps you find community resources. It is not an emergency or crisis service and cannot send help. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency medical help, call your local emergency number (911 in the U.S.).
Free to use
Finding help on Mae Helps is free. Searching, seeing every listing's details, and the national help lines we list never cost anything, and Mae Helps does not offer a paid tier that shows more.
Information can change
Listings come from public sources and our own review. Hours, services, eligibility, and availability change often, and a listing can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Mae Helps does not guarantee that any organization will be open, have space, food, or supplies, or be able to help you. When you can, call ahead to confirm.
What our labels mean
“Mae Verified” means the listing's information was reviewed through Mae's verification process on the date shown. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee. “Community Listed” means the listing has not yet completed verification. “Verification Due” means it was reviewed before and should be checked again.
No paid placement
Organizations cannot pay to be listed or to appear higher in results. Results are ordered by factors such as how well a resource matches your search, its verification status, whether it is open, and distance.
Other organizations and websites
Listing an organization or national service does not mean Mae Helps is affiliated with it, and Mae Helps is not responsible for the services it provides. National help lines and websites are run by government agencies and other organizations, not by Mae Helps. Phone numbers, websites, and directions take you to services we don't control.
Using Mae Helps responsibly
Please use Mae Helps lawfully and in good faith. Don't disrupt the site, send it excessive automated traffic, copy the directory in bulk, or try to access areas you are not authorized to use.

Limitation of liability
Mae Helps is provided free of charge and “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullmore Taylor Legacy Group LLC is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of Mae Helps or your reliance on its listings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Mae Helps after an update means you accept the updated terms.
